9 am to 12:00 Session 1 All Belts and Ages
2:00 to 5:00 Session 2 Black Belts Only

In each Session we shall train and advise on how to improve your performance specifically for competition.  
You will receive feedback and comments on your Technical and Accuracy scores and what makes up the scoring.
 
This Event is the Team Selection for the 2021 Poomsae Team, if selected as Team Member your Registration Fee will be Refunded
