GETTING TO CONNECTICUT
Located mid-way between New York City and Boston, Connecticut is easily accessible by car, bus, train or air.
BY AIR: Bradley International Airport (BDL) is the closest airport to the training venue. Tweed New Haven Airport is also just under an hour away and offers limited route access via Avelo Airlines. International participants might also find more convenient/cost effective flights into either Boston (BOS) or one of the New York City airports (LGA, JFK or EWR), but should be aware that these will require a drive time of around 1 ½ - 3 ½ hours to reach the training facility in Connecticut.WHEN TO ARRIVE
Registration and check-in will take place at Nomad’s beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21 and the course will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. You will need to arrange your own transport to and from the venue and your home/hotel on all three days, so please plan to arrive with plenty of time to check-in and register.
On Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23 the venue will open at 8.30 a.m., and the course will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. Participants who arrive late may be refused entry without refund.

WHAT TO BRING
Please plan to bring clean doboks, a water bottle, snacks, a notebook and a pen. Lunch will be at leisure on your own, and on Saturday you are welcome to go offsite to one of the nearby restaurants or purchase lunch in advance as a part of our group meal.
Please note: There is an onsite café that will also serve lunch and snacks, however the café can get quite backed up during the lunch hour so it is strongly recommended that if you wish to eat lunch at the venue you reserve in advance with our group option.
All participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations directly with their preferred hotel. In an effort to keep the majority of our group together a block of rooms has been reserved at several area hotels. These hotels are conveniently located to the airport and/or training venue and will offer preferred rates to our attendees when booked by the noted cut-off dates.
